This person will need to be someone who wants to have a high profile position in the national Morgan Horse industry and work hard to establish themselves and Show Ring Times in the industry. This person must have a high desire and ability to sell advertising, write outstanding horse show, news, and feature stories, and take outstanding candid photography. This person must also have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
