The Wild, Wild West Comes To Louisville

07/30/2010

Wednesday night during the Kentucky State Fair, put on your cowboy boots and come ready to party! The Saddlebred Café next to Freedom Hall will transform into a scene from the Wild West, as friends of the American Saddlebred Museum have organized a foot-stompin’ great party!

As the World’s Championship horse show passes the halfway point, exhibitors and spectators can take a break and party the night away! They will be transported back to a frontier town complete with a saloon atmosphere and a chuck wagon spread. Everyone is invited to join in the fun! The event begins at 9:30 pm in the Saddlebred Café, in the new North Wing adjacent to Freedom Hall.

Entertainment will abound, as guests can test their riding skills on a mechanical bull, watch trick roping, enjoy the talents of Saddlebred celebrity country western singers and dance the evening away on a liquid fusion dance floor – a show in itself!

The event is a benefit to support the operations of the American Saddlebred Museum. To that end, a special auction has been organized. These unique items were chosen for the enjoyment and value they will bring bidders:
